Mods launched on Xbox One back in May, and we can assume that the Xbox One's inclusion in the Windows 10 family made the transition a little bit easier than what we're seeing on PS4. Last month, Bethesda said Fallout 4 mod support on PS4 wasn't coming as planned because Sony won’t approve user mods the way they should work.' Seems to be water under the bridge now. Bethesda recently released an update detailing some pretty big roadblocks towards getting mods up and running, and it seems that the developer wasn't able to figure things out on the original timetable.
